Preservation of Cultural Heritage: Through proper training in conservation techniques and digitization methods, young professionals can learn how to protect and document these valuable assets, ensuring that they are safeguarded from damage, deterioration, or loss.
Capacity Building: Investing in traineeships helps to build the capacity of local professionals in the field of art. By providing hands-on training and mentorship opportunities strengthens Lebanon's ability to care for its cultural heritage and contributes to the development of a skilled workforce in these specialized areas.
It will help encourage job opportunities and keep the Lebanese youth and professionals in the country!
